Last updated: 23 June 2026

These terms govern the use of Compliantic. They also include the provider information required by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). By accessing or using the site you accept these terms.

1. Provider identification

  • Owner: Compliantic, a project operated by an independent sole trader (“autónomo”) based in Spain.
  • Legal form: Compliantic is not yet incorporated as a company (limited company or otherwise). Until incorporation is complete, the service is provided under the responsibility of its sole-trader owner. Once the company is incorporated, the legal name, tax ID and registry details will be added here.
  • Contact: support@compliantic.ai
  • Website: https://compliantic.ai

For the purposes of Article 10 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, the provider’s full identifying details (name and tax ID) will be supplied free of charge and by electronic means to any user or authority requesting them at the contact address above.

2. Service and its nature

Compliantic is an AI-assisted regulatory compliance platform that provides diagnostics and analysis on GDPR, NIS2, DORA and the AI Act. The content produced by the assistants and audits is informational and supportive and does not constitute binding legal advice nor does it replace a Data Protection Officer or a legal professional.

3. Acceptable use

Users undertake to use the site and its services in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, refraining from any use that could damage, disable or overload the service or impair its normal use, and from attempting to bypass its security, rate limits or access controls.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content, trademarks, logos, design and software of this site belong to the provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation is not permitted without express authorisation.

5. Liability

The provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information provided by the platform, given its indicative nature. Nor does it guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the site, although it will take reasonable measures to avoid them. To the extent permitted by law, the provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and plan features are those shown on the pricing section at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data, including cookies, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the provider’s domicile, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
